Names or locations typed into the search widget are passed to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Stark County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems through the page code.
Messages
An email or contact message may include the sender's address, name, and the details needed to answer. Messages are kept as needed to respond, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation. They are not shared outside the operating organization unless a lawful reason requires disclosure.
Technical Data and Cookies
Normal page delivery may create technical logs. Depending on the hosting and analytics configuration, those logs can include:
- IP address or a shortened network identifier.
- Browser name, version, language, and device type.
- Operating system and basic screen or connection details.
- Pages visited, time spent, referring page, and timestamps.

Personal information is not sold as a standalone list. It may nevertheless reach the following recipients when needed for the purposes described above or when the law requires it:
- Search partners that process entries submitted to the search widget.
- Analytics and hosting providers that help operate the pages.
- Advertising networks and measurement vendors.
- Law-enforcement or government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Security Is Limited
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used for information under the operator's control. No internet-connected service is fully secure, however. The operator cannot promise that a transmission, vendor, or stored message will never be accessed, lost, or exposed.
Visitors Under 18
The pages are intended for adults. The operator does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use the Contact Us route to ask that it be deleted, subject to records that must be retained by law.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and the limits of a particular vendor, a visitor may ask about information held by the operator or request a correction. Available requests may include:
- A copy of personal information retained for a contact exchange.
- Correction of an inaccurate contact detail.
- Deletion of information that no longer needs to be kept.

Requests should identify the message or transaction involved without sending more sensitive information than needed. Search-widget entries are handled by the third-party provider, so its privacy route may be required.
